Qited Trust
Privacy notice
What this website and the live demo collect, and why. A production deployment of Qited is covered by your organization's own agreement; see Security and data.
1This website
- No analytics, no advertising cookies, and no tracking scripts.
- As with any website, the services that deliver this site and its fonts receive your IP address when your browser asks for a page.
2Logging in to the demo
- Entering the access code sets one cookie, which keeps you logged in for 30 days. It holds a check value for the code, not anything about you.
- After too many wrong codes from one address, logins from it pause for 15 minutes. That count is kept in memory, not saved.
3Using the demo
- Email addresses and phone numbers are removed in your browser before a question is sent.
- Your browser gets a random ID so the demo can apply its per-visitor limits. The server keeps that count in memory, not on disk.
- To answer, the demo sends your question, with the passages found for it, to the AI services that search the documents and write the answer.
- The demo server doesn't save your questions. Your demo history of questions, ratings and feedback is kept in your own browser, and clearing this site's data in your browser removes it.
- Documents you upload in the demo's admin console are stored on the demo server.
4Contact requests
- If you send a request from the contact page, we keep what you send (your name, work email, organization, role and message) so we can reply.
- We use it only to answer your request. To have it deleted, ask through the contact page.
- The form allows a few requests an hour from one address. That count is kept in memory, not saved.
